Update... Ok so I didn't clean the throttle good enough so I had to buy a new gasket. that fixed the leak and now it starts up no cell and pulls pretty good. I gained about a half a lb of boost but its still reading around 12-15 on vacuum instead of the 16-18 so I may have a tiny leak somewhere. But...
