Rough draft

I stripped the signal wire out of the factory wire bundle and then spliced on RCA's behind the bolster. Ultimately, this route looks like crap and introduces too much unnecessary wire. Instead, I added RCA's to the signal side of the amp under the passenger seat and ran the RCA's down the right side...

MS6 Bose Rear Deck Sub & Amp Replacement + Aux Input

I finished my amp & deck sub install. I use a 150 watt mono amp & an 8" free air sub with a large amount of deadening material. Most rattles were trunk related and took some additional closed cell sheets of foam. I used a few sources as my reference material: http://www.mazdas247.com/forum/showthrea...

Impressions

Overall, I really like this mod. The turbo sounds quite different and she feels lighter on the throttle.

This did not do me any favors with the shutter under load so I think the fuel pump upgrade is going to remain on the list. I bloody hate the shutter.

I did these as my summer tires 2 years ago and they have been fantastic. This will probably be the last season for them but I fully expect to replace them with the same.

Installed: CP-e Nviscid Pipe

I installed this on Friday. For those who don't know, this pipe goes between the intake and the turbo inlet. In my case, it goes from a CAI to this pipe, to the turbo inlet. This wound up being a much more difficult install than I was expecting. The largest problem is getting enough space to work th...

Standback harness/fuel pump install

I have all but decided to do a standback (w/ harness) and fuel pump from cp-e soon.

My only concern is with tuning the tables, does anyone have any recommendations/advise?

The next upgrade is probably downpipe & turbo...
