Yikes, similar to an RMSOLO BMW- a highly modded SC'd 328- wing, flares and CCWs are about right. Here's good pics http://www.zodow.com/COAX/11COAX04.php?classing=42_X

I'll be working it as an instructor or safety steward. The school's are a great value. A tip- have an instructor drive your car on the mini course with you riding. It's usually a revelation to see and feel what your car can really do. You can also watch their inputs, and where they are looking. When...

Do Amazon vendors typically include kits? If not, are they still cheaper when you factor in kits and harnesses? Do they include vehicle specific disassembly instructions and any specialty tools needed (DIN keys)? There's "cheap", and there's "inexpensive". I always shop for "inexpensive"- got my HU ...

https://www.crutchfield.com/ is great option for DIY- competitive prices, and they include decent install kits and instructions. Some vehicles (almost certainly your truck) even have install videos on the site. I'm partial to Pioneer Alpine and Kenwood If you have an iPhone, definitely get a HU wit...

Hi pyrrhus17! I PM'd you more in depth about the http://rmsolo.org/ autocross program. As Columbia said SCCA and NASA both run good HPDE programs if you want some track time, and HPR and PPIR have open lapping days as well. Autocross is a great low cost, low risk, low prep way to have a blast learni...

This is an 89 Honda Civic Si, right? Great car. I love them. Prefer the eg chasis, but the ef is second by a hair. I would love to drive/ride in this car. His co-driver (woman) in the x class seemed to blaze the course yesterday as well. Right, 89 Civic Si, the "It" car for the STC class. Jamie dro...

I thought everything was great. I heard some discontent in the registration line about the wait, but I didn't think it was bad. We have ideas to improve this for next event, still getting used to the new trailer. Third run, was with Jamie. Talked about the area of the course where young Miss Ecam s...

Kinch (2nd overall yesterday- he's faster than you.. and me) did a spectacular job "breaking tape" on yesterday's course. Very useful even if you didn't drive this particular course. His focus on "eyes and hands" is what most people need to go faster. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_woZLAcR5aI...
