Re: RX-8 project car?

About to run out of battery so ill try and keep it short. I haven't really updated my profile but I'm just in Denver now. WashPark area. My clutch is out on my N/A currently but when it is on the road again I will let you know. Take a small trip up Lookout or whatever other mountain road that is clo...

Re: RX-8 project car?

What's up. Just saw this post. I skimmed through really quick. The RX- is a fun car to drive. A issue I've had with both of mine and I would say is the biggest issue is the Transmission. Both are 2004 and under 60k miles Both have had the clutch pedal brackets replaced. Any bolt-ons really won't hel...

Re: Getting a new car! CX-5 GT or Sportage SX

So.... Looks like Mazda doesn't mark up the CX-5 much so there is basically zero wiggle room on the price.... I'm not in a huge rush in picking one up but would love one right now. It's not like the RX-8 at all. a $33k GT RX-8 you could talk them down to the MSRP of a Base model RX-8.... about 25k. ...

Re:

Any interest in a Santa Fe? I think they look pretty good on the exterior, a step below the CX-5 but a step above the Escape in looks imo, and Hyundai has seriously stepped up their game on their interiors, plus still comes with the 10yr/100k warranty. When it comes time to replace my wife's Imprez...

My company car is a 2014 Escape 2.0 AWD and I love it. It would be a car I would buy. The Ecoboost is quick, the interior and tech is nice and with snow tires that thing is a beast in the snow. Mine is a basic trim but can't imagine how nice the Titanium is. My buddy has a CX5 with the biggest engi...

If you're financing, Ford also has 0% on the Escape right now for 60 months, and I think there's cash back, too. Not sure what the other manufacturers have right now for incentives. A new Escape Titanium pulled up next to me at the light when picking up the kiddo from school today. I thought it was...

What about the Escape? hmmm, I really wasn't looking at it. But a quick search I will have to now go buy Fordland and check one out. Interior looks really nice. Looks better than the Kia but not as head turning as the Mazda. 2.0 ecoboost. And I'm liking the Gold Karat color. I can't wait till the a...

I've driven a CX-5, and it surprised me how 'peppy' it is with the HP numbers that it has. Not sure if it was a 2.0 or 2.5. I didn't mind it at all. It doesn't have the torque like the CX7 turbo but its not bad. The problem with the Sportage is that it's a Kia. I know they're not bad cars... Maybe ...

I definitely like the look of the Mazda more... Have you considered the upcoming CX3 when it comes out? Yeah, I'm actually waiting for the 2016CX5 to come out and to see the CX-3. From what I've been reading it's like a CX-5 had a baby with a Mazda 2. Less trunk space than a Mazda 3 hatch. I feel l...

Getting a new car! CX-5 GT or Sportage SX

Hey everyone. I'm looking into getting a new car. Ideally I want a Toyota Venza but I'd have to put a larger amount of money down so I can afford the payments. So I have narrowed the cars down to a CX-5 and a Sportage SX. I test drove the CX-5 yesterday and checked out the Sportage. They didn't have...

Pretty nice. I like it. I think Mazda messed up with the hatch on the new 3. I can't seem to like it when I see them driving around. I like the how the hatch is on this. Now to wait for a Speed3 and see what it offers. How long should I wait?
