Actually, I think the threat of water on the course makes things a bit more interesting. I think most clubs put on a race rain or shine. Not saying ice would be a great idea, but it is cool to have variety.

It does seem to be a sea of cones and harder to see in a video. But when driving it really is not that bad. The club lays down lines (flour, I think) so you can actually tell where your are "supposed" to be going. Also if you register as a novice, you can go on as may rides as you wish, so you can "...
