the high EGDC # is not harming anything, as the other Eric said, it is only a value referencing the amount the wastegate needs to pulse/stay closed to hit target boost. Lowering your target boost will in turn lower the wgdc. It doesnt "work harder", it is merely an electronic solenoid

any steady hand and a jigsaw should take care of this very easily.. I dont see the need for routers, dremels and bits.. take your time, and cut on the line.

lol Tommy spent 11 hours trying to get my downpipe in.. and he TOTALLY f'd up my fabrication on my manifold for my wastegate..my experienece with Street Concepts has been nothing but unpleasant. Hope things go better for you

are you just installing a cat-back exhaust? or downpipe also
