Unfortunately, Steve left The Tire Source in March. No one from The Tire Source customer service is still there. Not sure about the guys in the back. I've never heard anyone say good things about Green Garage's mechanical work. Fantastic marketing, but I wouldn't take my car there. The autocross and...

Open race car trailer for sale

Hi All, I'm now selling my single-axle open race car trailer separately from my Rx-7 road race car (which is still for sale). This trailer would be perfect for a formula car or any relatively lightweight race car. Former owner carried an NC Miata and I've been carrying an 85 Rx-7. Would love to see ...

I've towed cross-country with full trailer (MR-2) and a tow dolly (84 Mazda 626). You'll save some bucks with the tow dolly, but the trailer will do a whole lot better job - protecting the car and maneuvering. I'd use a trailer for sure. Backing up at all with a tow dolly means instant jack-knife. C...

Bumpety-bump-bump. It's 2013, it's warm, and it's time to start planning your racing season... Racing? Heck, yeah. The economy is recovering and it's time for you to get on track the right way! How about a new-to-you race car, trailer, and everything you need for two seasons of wheel-to-wheel racing...

Last time I drove by in daylight, it was definitely not in "great shape." It was as you'd expect asphalt to be after five years abandoned - grass everywhere. I recall jersey barriers across the track a few years ago - if those haven't been removed, your laps are going to be pretty awkward. It was a ...

In addition to a whole race car setup for sale, I've got a couple of carbs in varying condition. They're stock street carbs from 81-85 Rx-7s.

Lemme know if you are interested in carbs or race car - PM or EM is best.

Cheers,
G-Man (in Boulder)

Coyote Motors is top-notch. I've been a client for 18 years. But if Wolfgang's no longer working on rotaries...

I'm in Boulder and happy to see if I can help - though I will try to sell you my race car.

And there is a lot of expertise on this forum.

What do you need done?

Check out http://www.kenrockwell.com . He's pro-Nikon but fair to Canon. (I'm an ex-pro shooter and use Nikon.) Especially these days, all the money is in the lenses. The camera bodies are like computers or phones and become obsolete even if perfectly functional. DSLR setups are bulky, heavy, and fr...

A new Tire Source

Folks in the Boulder area have sadly noticed the departure of The Tire Source, which was a fantastic resource for great advice, prices, and service on all manner of wheels, tires, and alignments. They were especially popular with autocrossers and road racers and drew clients from everywhere, includi...

Really nice pictures. Good composition, good framing, nice lighting - especially since you had such limited control of the situation.
Thanks for sharing these.
