Finally gathering all the necessary fittings for the oil feed line to the turbo only to have the 90 degree fitting break. This car just doesn't want to get back on the road. Its always something with it.

We are more than capable of helping here. RX-8 club is a great source of information if you search for people that have similar issues. Other than that posting can be useless. It's gotten better since a few key members there have left but people still are douchy there. There is nothing better than a...

...... The tool displays your raw readings. You'll need to normalize them for cranking RPM (the spec assumes the starter will spin at exactly 250 RPM) and altitude (the spec assumes sea level). You can use this online calculator to do the conversion: http://foxed.ca/index.php?page=rotarycalc That c...

So, the Twisted Rotors compression testers are back (sort of). The guy behind TR has been making 5 testers a week, and then selling them online for $350 + $20 shipping every Friday at 5pm CST (aka 4pm here). The first 3 rounds of this had the testers selling out within minutes, but the batch that s...

Absolutely nothing but air! I don't know why they didn't just manufacturer the larger tank for all the cars. Just one part instead of 2. Just don't cut out the sections for the headlight sprayers.

I forget what song it is but it annoys me. It is one of those buzzer alarm clocks. I always think it's someone alarm on their phone. I just hear eeee eeee eeee eee eeee eeee and it's in the background of the song.

Just an update FYI......

The new WWF tank holds about 1.5 gallons. The old US OEM one held about half a gallon!

I often wondered, but never asked: Why do you have two of them? Was one purchased with the intention of DD and the other to mod as you will or did you get a sick 2-fer-1 special? Just curious. Tim is correct. The second was an insurance buy back. My original intention was to keep the Motor and Tran...

Update - I will be building a custom kit with Dave (Chiclenwafer) this fall. - Move current turbo setup to the grey 8 after said kit is done. Low boost in the grey car. 5-8psi. Something to give it more pep and a substantial gain in torque. - Eventually re-do the interior in the blue 8. - Re do the ...

I was thinking of doing my IC piping as well. Not sure what I would do though. Probably CF on the 8.
