Street Unit Rant

Postby JZSpeed6 » Thu May 13, 2010 9:14

I ordered brake pads from Street Unit 2 weeks ago. They took my order, charged my card and then proceeded to ignore my emails regarding the status of my order. When I called to cancel my order the person in customer service, argued with me and said "what ever". I will never do business with this company again!!! - sorry for the rant but this pisses me off and I thought everyone should be aware of what type of customer service to expect when dealing with this company.

^haha. Bad, lol.

That sucks to hear. And really doesn't sound like them. I'v ordered a bunch over the years and have always had good quick service. Anytime i would call they were always cool and helpful. Sorry to hear your experience wasn't similar.

Sounds strange, I've been ordering almost all my parts from them for years, no problems at all. Sorry to hear you're having trouble with them.

Interesting... I, too, have ordered several parts from SU and have not had any problems with them what-so-ever... Sorry to hear about that though.

Did you e-mail them non-stop and become annoying? That's the only reason I couldn't see their remark to you. Not good regardless...

Haven't had a problem with them. Maybe you just got the douchey call rep. Sorry to hear that though.

Yea, sorry you had a bad experience but they are a great company. I have bought almost every part in my sig that wasn't used from SU and have had great experiences. Next time just call SU Mark directly. He will take care of you. 321-296-0777 x103

Only speak to Mark directly or via email. 100% satisfaction with all my mods through him.
