3.2 (3 is fine) qts MT90 for transmission
1 qt 75/90 for the diff.

I have not done the transfer case-- as mine was replaced by Mazda when I had the clutch TSB done recently.

They are all pretty easy- the T-case has a slightly difficult to reach fill bolt.

I'll update more this weekend if I am able to get under there as planned.

Awesome! If you know where the fill/drain holes are on the tranny and diff case that would very helpful as well. Thank you!

I drained my transmission fluid a few months ago and boy was it time. I'm guessing mine hadn't been done for awhile because after putting the MT90 in my car shifted so much smoother.

I've been thinking about the MZ3 MTF change interval lately. You won't find any info on a suggested change interval in either the '10 owner's manual OR the '10 service manual. Any idea how many miles were put on with the MTF you drained and replaced? Any discoloration in the old stuff?

I change my fluid every 30K. I do it at that interval partly because I use MT90 and put a little friction modifier to make a LSD quieter. The modifier breaks down the fluid faster, so I change it sooner rather than later. Without the modifier I'd probably leave it in a little longer.

On how the old fluid looks, I have never had any discoloration. It always looked pretty clean and clear.
