I'm pretty sure that Cpe makes one, I think it is called a pre air filter. Other then that I don't know who makes one.
I've been driving around without one for a little over a year and have never had an issue with sucking up anything through the filter. Even water. As long as you are careful there shouldn't be an issue. Of course it never hurts to go the extra mile either.

I bought mine from autoanything.com for $23.95 (no tax, free shipping). It is an Injen Hydroshield. I believe the correct size is the medium. I never had any problems with water either but a $24 insurance policy seemed to make sense

Well I went to Import Auto Parts off of Illiff today. I bought an OEM cold air intake along with a valve that goes inside and acts as an internal splash guard. The valve won't allow water in but if it does get sucked up do to a flooded street along the curb or something the valve won't allow water in. By the way the OEM intake is chrome and I am not sure if I will want to keep it. They had red ones but were on back order and didn't want to wait. If I don't like it I may order the red and turn around and sell the chrome one along with the valve inside. If anyone would possible be interested let me know. First come first serve. Of course I will let you all know more later. Trying to figure out if I want to keep a red/black theme going or not. maybe red and chrome...who knows. IF this is like the AEM Bypass DO NOT USE IT. Please take a picture of this tube? The problem is with Turbo's they get sucked in by the force and literally destroy your car.
If it looks anything like this do not use it.

Good call Josh!
In a case where your motor isn't damaged, the fins on the compressor wheel of your turbo are destroyed. This is due to the extra vacuum effect coming from the compressor housing, which is obviously spun by the turbine housing.
You can check this out on AEM's website:

"...The AEM Air Bypass Valve is C.A.R.B. exempt on AEM Cold Air induction systems only and is NOT for use on forced induction vehicles..."
^^^That pretty much sums it up lol.

yep your right...typo error on my part. It's an AEM cold air intake. I pick it up tomorrow. I will look and see if that is the part. If it is I will post here for sale for a regular 6 or 3 to use. If not i will take a pic and post it here. Thanks for the info...good to know.....would have been pissed if that happened. Well I am off to the mountains today....see how this car handles the runs. Talk to you all again soon and thanks once again for the info.....glad I joined.
