haha that happened to me and Pooh Bear on Wednesday coming home from Bandi. We went out with his V-dub group afterwords and were way up on 54th and Wads.. Coming home he called me and told me he had to stop to get gas cause his car was telling him he only had 10 miles left on his tank. So I said I would see him at home, the second I hung up with him my light came on.. I was so pissed. It cost me 44 bucks to fill up and it cost him 38.

I love to drive too. [img]http://coloradomazdaclub.com/forums/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/61424796.gif[/img] The high prices don't bother me much but it was nice when I had extra money to spend on other stuff. There should be more national don't buy gas days. not just the one a year.

Yeah one a year! ahahah what did they think that was going to do? Idk if they would just lower prices. They do seem to be going down a bit, hopefully it continues.

I'm not sure, I would have to ask him. His club is called MetroDubs.

Gas prices will be going up soon. Just wait for the first real cold snap in the northeast and gas prices will skyrocket.

Gas prices in the states are actually very cheap compared to the rest of the developed world. I say developed, because most third world countries have huge subsidies to keep gas prices low.

Oil is actually above the record mark that is set for the Katrina time period. I believe oil is over $85/barrel for the first time ever, so prices are only going to go up in the future.

I remember one time my Brother ran out of gas and he gave me a call at home. I drove to pick him up and I ran out of gas. This was before we all had cell phones, I had to walk a mile to a pay phone and of course I didn't have change (had to call collect)
