bobilo wrote:well i think it sounds better than mine =) but i got a question if you know the answer, im trying to save up for GReddy bolt on turbo kit, and i want to keep my engine stock completely stock like what is the max psi i can push make whp torque and do i need to get new stuff like injectors water pump fuel pump and stuff like that?

you should be fine for now. the engine in your car was pulled out of the 323gtx. an awd boosted car from the factory and then detuned and slapped into a miata.
the block is the same infact it still has the ports for the oil lines, albeit plugged

the greddy will be limiting you to about 4.5psi. not much boost but $1200 for another 30-40 hp, you can't beat that and the gains are going to be much more pronounced at this altitude
if it were me. id just run the stock wastegate pressure on the greddy system for now. its not intercooled and there is no bypass valve so if you want to start making more boost, you have to start adding things like intercooler, new piping, a recirc valve, engine management (somewhat cheap for a na) and injectors. after that you could probably run around 7 without worrying about anything.

to put the power gain into perspective, my na put down 99hp with I/h/e and thats it. you are bringing that to about 140rwhp a stock MSM puts 154whp down on the dyno.

i dont know about your fuel pump. some report their fuel pump being old and eventuallly having a hard time keeping up the fuel pressure, but that seems to be the only issue

Yea the 2nd and 3rd videos sounded awful. The first one was ok, but I dunno. I kind of like how mine sounds now, with rusted stock exhaust lol. But it is a little tinny at times.
