One thing that's pretty wild about the Tundra...the turning radius. I have a much tighter turning radius than the Volvo. It's quieter as well. Stereo is a bit on the weak side, and miss a couple of the touches of the Volvo (auto up windows all around).

A crappy turning radius is one thing that will piss me off about a car. My SRT-4's radius was 38 feet. For a compact car that is ridiculously bad. The Miata is 30 ft and can turn around anywhere. The Mustang, even being a somewhat large car, is 33 ft.

Looks like the Tundra 5.7L 4x4 is 44 feet though. The Volvo (if I looked at the right one) is 39 feet, which is bad, but not as bad as the Tundra. Maybe it just feels tighter comparatively to such a large vehicle?

My Volvo is a little wider at the moment due to the wider track from the wheels/tires on there now (they rub if fully cranked). For a relatively small car, the Volvo stinks. But you're right, it's all about perception.

Ah yea, so if you couldn't crank it all the way it could easily add a few feet and be worse.

The first mod will be, side steps. Wife approved/mandated. Found a set of OEM used ones in Brighton to swap on. And so it begins...

As it ends up, the Brighton deal was a no-go. They weren't OEM, just cheapies. Grr. The search continues.

Nice miT.

I to would like to see you supercharged, but the runners will be a nice first point of modification. Does the tundra have an electric rear window (do you have that option?)?

The link PAt provided is pure trouble. We are wanting a new fmily truck, will have to PM you for some deetz on your dealings.
