Those are the stock wheels for the RS model in Japan. Note the rotary accents in the design of the spokes. And I just lowered it for the fun of it.

I don't like the wheels myself. I like the gunmetal finish on them but not the design. The original ones look better. And look at those back tires. Small?

Ick...well that crosses off an '09 RX-8 for me. Better get an older one while I can!
Like others have stated, I hate that black plastic-looking thing above the grill. Wheels = no.

Edited out the black strip in the grill...looks cleaner, and without the foglights, it would look very similar to the current Mazdaspeed front bumper.

Here it is with the old vents. w/Strakes and wo/Strakes. I prefer the car with the old vents or no vents over the New vents.

The official N.A. release is identical to the RS revealed in Tokyo (the previous pics I posted). Gallery located at Autoblog. I dig the Recaros available in the R3 package. Yum.
