Thanks. The pictures don't do the StopTech/Work's justice. When I first saw them I had to turn around and take a step back. I hope I don't sound cocky but they look so damn good! Glad to see you're going to stop by friday. We're scheduled for 3hrs of tuning so plenty of time to swing by.

I can't wait to see what she puts down!! I thought I went crazy ordering parts for my WRX when I was in Iraq... you sir, take the cake! Outstanding setup you have there, I'm sure you'll be very happy.

What kind of numbers are you anticipating?

If you don't mind, what's the tab up to so far? You've covered every portion of the car, power, drivetrain, wheels, suspension, brakes... I'm sure it's not cheap. The only thing missing is a full bottom end build-up, which I'm sure is on the list for the future lol.

Also, if you don't mind, what's your rank man? LOL. I'm assuming at least E-6 or above to shell out that kind of cash lol.

This makes me want to deploy! I wish I had the cash to spare on an insane set up like this. I honestly hate 350z's but this one is an exception for sure. I think I'm gonna save up all my money for a TT 20B when I go to Afghanistan next year then you and I will have to go to Bandi and have some fun

You know, I don't miss being deployed at all... spent 2 years in Iraq, and never want to return.... but, I do miss the money I was able to save!

First thanks! I'm happy everyone is excited as I am and I think everyone like to hear praise about their ride. But as far as Friday, skip work. It's overrated anyhow. LOL J/K! I have gone a little crazy but when the wife & I discuss me doing this I told her; "If I'm going to do this, I'm going to do it right and all at once." And yes I missing a bottom-end build but it is on the list for future. Amoung other stuff; HKS FCON/Haltech, Coil-overs, body kit, Bride seats, etc. I actually almost bought a Nismo V2 kit but I want to repaint the whole car. So I sent the money else where. As far as cost... :44005b62:

As a pervious Z33 owner I think you can come up with a number very close to what I've spent. I will say this, Darren at Intense has been great to me and I will continue to usethem/him for all my 350Z needs.

As far as power I mentioned it in the OP but not a problem:

LOL And since we're being honest... I'm not a fan of the RX-8 at all. But I like fast cars and a TT RX-8 sounds fast but I know nothing about them. We can have some fun now since I'm moving to Texas this Sept.

I've honestly never heard of either but then again I'm from North Dallas and only been to Houston once in my life. I can't wait to go back to Texas myself

I had no idea you were a contractor... that explains the significant amount of cash you are able to shell out lol. Makes a lot more sense... as yes, you're right, as a former Z33 owner, I did the math on about how much you spent, and it was a pretty scary number haha. Just about the only way someone could pull that off on the enlisted side, is if they were single, no bills, and got a tax-free, lump sum re-enlistment bonus lol.

You accomplished your goal, you put together a very well balanced car. Instead of building the bottom end for huge power, you compromised, in order to balance suspension & braking with the car's new found power. I respect that, to a very high degree. Hats off to you

Yeah after I went to Iraq in '06 I said peace to the military. Plus I was overall not happy anymore in the military. Another story, another day.

Thanks for the nice comments about my car. I'd like to get some Koni's, and other various suspention parts, to finish it off. However I promised the wife no more for some time. Need to save. I still think it will give the :koolaidman:
