Our Birthday Bash is fast approaching and we need a few volunteers.
PM if you are able to dedicate the majority of the day (20th September) and I'll bring you up to speed.

Ooops. My reading comprehension isn't up to snuff tonight.

Our rolls as event staff will be:
Taking Registrations
Organizing the cars as they arrive in the parking lot
Man the BBQ grills
General presence to help with issues/questions
Setup in the morning and cleanup in the afternoon.

All Event staff will have an Event t-shirt to make them recognizable to all.

If you can help...PM me.

Let me talk to my wife, Lee. I'd love to man the BBQ or take registrations, so let me see if I can talk her into a kitchen pass.

ok on a serious note, lee i can help with general presence...i'm good at answering questions and what not since i do it at the club haha...
