Just curious how seriously they take these things, if at all. I received 2 separate surveys from corporate to fill out in the past week. One was about how their complaint center responded (the dealership was WORSE after the complaint was filed) and about the dealership in general. Obviously, not a glowing review from me.

I highly doubt anything will come of my responses. Then again, I was only hoping to get stuff that was promised to me completed and prevent it from happening in the future. What happened to me, while not earth shattering in the grand scheme of things, was very frustrating.

Those survey cards are very very very important really it makes or brakes dealerships if they get enough bad ones.
