So as some of you may have read a while back my Speed6 went for a small swim. Well it turns out that water did get past the intake. In fact it got all the way into the turbo and into the cylinders! Some how by the mercy of god my engine came through with currently no apparent damage at all. However I am saving up some money incase the turbo decides to throw a bearing. And I changed the oil and plan on doing another quick oil change within 1000 miles. Anyway since somehow my car came out okay I got the body (spoiler) taken care of so it looks like new again and since it had to go in for some trany issues they are currently pulling that apart and when they go to put it back together they are putting in the light weight fly wheel and the sport clutch. On top of that I picked up the CF hood with vent and I’m going to paint that body color with the mesh in the scoop metallic red. Going to remove, bead blast, and repaint calipers and possibly emblems metallic red. Also picked up the VG shark fin antenna, Red/Black compact turbo smart BOV, motor mount, ultra white fog light kit, and the red line hood lifts. So those should all be going on in the very near future with pictures to fallow of course.

Glad to hear your Ride escaped a watery death.
Great list of Mods - nice balance of performance and looks.
Definately going to make that Mazdaspeed6 standout.
You're going to have to bring it out July 25th to Lakewood of Mazda.

Thanks! Ya I was planning on bringing it out to that. Hopefully I will have everything all put together by then.

Got the BOV in the mail today, I confirmed the clutch and flywheel got to Burt, the hood is getting painted, and the tranny issue is being handled. If everything works out like I plan (Never does but hey I can still hope) I will have the car back from Burt this weekend with the clutch and flywheel on, put the BOV on, and get the hood on sometime next week. Even if that falls through I should still have the car done for the event on the 25th.

So apparently the clutch and flywheel actually go to the regular 6 and not the speed6 so those are not going to be going into my car so with the money I get refunded from that is going to go into the strut tower bar and short shifter.
