I am guessing typo....otherwize I would like to know how they got the extra space.

I agree, with no other dimensions changed, other than weight, I'm hard pressed to find any way to have increased cargo volum. Even the volumes of the seats up/folded down is the same for both years.

I think the 2008 number of 70 cu ft is correct with 2nd and 3rd folded. Maybe they only did the 3rd on the 2007 which would account for 44 cu ft. My Saab wagon had about 74 cu ft with the back seats folded, so it makes sense.

that would make sense, but man did they down play it for '07 then...
