Hey guys, just recieved my VG fin today and the quality is superb. Does anyone have another approach, other than VG's website, to put it on. Have you guys found a better way?

I think Lee (Lightnin McQueen) has one. Maybe he has a quick and painless way to put it on.
Get some pics up when you get it on! And if you need an extra pair of hands to get it on, let me know as we are both in Boulder.

I had one on my 6....mine had 3M tape on it when I recieved it...the toughest part was getting it straight....an extra set of eyes is helpful. Other than its pretty easy.

It's really easy to do with the tape method they describe. I did it in about 10 minutes and I am usually completely useless when it comes to stuff like that.

agreed the tape method is the way to go and perhaps a 2nd pair of eyes/hands would help. I helped lee with his and he has yet to forgive me. :)

Thanks guys. I just didn't know if their was a better way than what the website says to do. But I'm looking forward to putting it on. After looking at yours in person Guido, it sure makes a huge difference for such a small mod.

Did the install today with Andrew (Columbia28) and it turned out awesome. We used the tape method and it was easier than I thought. Truely money well spent, cause it does so much for the overall look of the car.

Hey now lol. Yea it was a pretty easy install. Once you touch that tape to the roof it sticks like a mutha, so one chance is all you get.

Na, by the time we got done the sun was already going down and my roomate is the one that has the camera. I'll post up pics once I get a chance to wash my brown, really Redfire Metallic, car so the pictures look somewhat presentable.
