So these codes have popped up over the past few weeks...not all at the same time.....I'm currently at 31,xxx miles...mods are TIP, SRI, Forge BPV V1, DP Back Exhaust.... Any suggestions on a resolution.....I looked into a few things but I'd like some input.....

Thanks all...:D

P0401 EGR FLOW INSUFFICIENT

P2187 FUEL SYSTEM TOO RICH AT IDLE

P0455 EVAPORATIVE EMISSION SYSTEM LEAK DETECTED

I know about these two:

P0401 EGR FLOW INSUFFICIENT = Your EGR is clogged and you need to clean it. You can run Seafoam or something through your engine but cleaning it manually is the best bet. The EGR gets dirty so freaking fast on this engine. There's a how-to on MSF.org in the MS3 section.

P0455 EVAPORATIVE EMISSION SYSTEM LEAK DETECTED = Your gas cap might be shot. I actually failed emissions because of it last year. I was so mad!

For the P2187 I'd check the BPV. How is your set up (springs, shims, etc....)?

P2187 I got when I had a vacuum line pop off. It was from a T I was using for my Synapse BPV. So yea, I'd definitely check all the vacuum line connections around the BPV.

Hmm. I thought you'd get a lean at idle code with the vacuum line popping off. Good to know.

Thinking about doing the Seafoam treatment.....I have to do an emissions test before the end of the month.....

I replaced this once because of a faulty cap........might have to change it again...

Blue...no shims.....

You do get too lean at idle. P2187 is too lean. I think rush may have typo'd with the too rich description.

Your BPV set-up should be fine then.

Ahh.... Yea, it's definitely a vacuum leak then. Check all of your hoses on your BPV, Intake and TIP. There's some un-metered air getting in behind the MAF.

Nothing looks familiar to me just the P0401. I get it in mine because the factory O2 sensor is unplugged.
