Love it more and more every time I drive it. I was going to get the Pypes axle backs but they were still in development at the time and I didn't want to wait. That sucker will be LOUD, just so you know. My Hushpowers are crazy loud and they actually have mufflers lol. The Pypes are just straight pipes.

Intake and tune will get you 30+ extra horses right out of the gate. Highly recommended as your first actual power mod. The mufflers are pretty much just for sound. <5hp gain out of axlebacks.

Still amazed at how much power Ford is putting into the GT500. If I was to ever buy an American car that would be pretty high on my list! How's the mpg for you guys?

in manner of full disclosure it is a stripper model, just the basic gt, no leather, no shaker audio, etc. but I don't think I'm missing out on much

Sticker on mine was 38. I only paid 33 for it though. But it's a Premium with leather, Shaker 500 stereo, Sync, Brembo package, heated seats, reverse camera, HIDs, pretty loaded except for the electronics package (nav) and glass roof (ew).

That's awesome that they gave you so much for your Speed. Mine was 2 years old with 20k miles and I got 17500 for it, which I was pretty happy with.

My mileage in town varies between 14.5-16mpg for the most part (rated at 17). It goes up to 20-22 on the highway (rated 25) but I'm limited on my highway mileage because of the gears. The city mileage just depends on how many short trips I take and how much I play with it. Now that I work from home I don't get to drive it nearly as much so when I do drive it I have fun with it.

The gas mileage in this car is very dependent on your right foot. If you skip gears (I do 2-4-6 quite a bit) you can get pretty decent mileage out of it, even in town. But putting around trying to save gas is not why I bought this car.
