It was part of the "Best Driver's Car" comparison test they did. I guess they didn't consider any of the BMWs to be worthy of competing for that title. I'd think at least an M3 would be in there though, although it's quite a bit below all the cars other than the BRZ in terms of performance.

Because Subaru has paid them a ton of money to faun all over the thing. That's the only explanation I can think of for why this underpowered turd is getting so much press. (See Grind Gears thread)
