ok so I changed my thermostat today which was disgusting but after I changed it I thought my car would run better but instead it's bogging really weird if anyone knows what could be wrong please help

Im not sure on your car but is their a coolant temp sensor nearby u may have unplugged. I know on Hondas you have to have it hooked up or no power.
