it's all done. wow, to all of you that have speeds making much more power and then you guys want more, I completely understand now. I only have a few bolt-ons and guessing I gained minimal amounts of power, but the car feels so much better and revs-up faster than it used to. or maybe it's because for the last year all I've driven is an old f250 and a gutless 4.6 expedition so naturally it feels way above the rest, maybe a little of both.
About the rattling I had, It was the vvt, the gasket didn't have the oil hole that fed the oil pressure to the actuator. It was just constantly rattling so I had to take everything apart. It's not so easy once it's in the car...

I took it out for a short drive but found out one of my front tires had a cut on the sidewall and wasn't holding air. so Monday i'll be getting new tires then I can really drive this thing into submission :-)
