I think you'd be fine with just a couple of plastic drop-cloths since it's such a smaller project, if you paint it in the center of your garage, overspray won't reach any walls, and the floor would be covered... (my temporary-garage-paint-booth-conversions-for-dipping were done the same way)

I think that car is actually at stock height, just camera angle. I like the wheels, but probably not aggressive enough fitment wise. The headlights are very nice looking, but cost prohibitive.

The wheel gap dissappears when you take a picture at a downward angle. I'm guessing stock height due to the amount of tread you can see. It could be dropped. I like the way that car looks too.

So...let me get this straight. You're giving potentially misguided and ill-informed information, about pictures you are attaching, to your own thread?

Whatta deck!

Back OT: I concur...nice lip- can't wait to see it in person.

No kidding, I was pretty certain I wasn't getting any car parts. She is actually pretty supportive of everything I do...but i push my luck a little too much some times (all the time).

Looking forward to getting some stuff done this winter so I can go to the IA in NC and the Eibach in CA and have something for people to look at. Might trailer both places, but not sure yet.

Got some car stuff done today. Replaced the striker plates on the S2000 for a beefier AP2 version which will supposedly quiet the inside down while cruising. Also finished sanding my bumper for paint and it will be going with the lip to the shop this week.

Have made good headway on getting the garage rearranged to increase useable space in the garage on the 26th. I'm hoping it will be all done by then.

This is probably true for most of us that are married. I definitely push my luck but as they say "it is easier to ask for forgiveness than permission".

The new strikers definately reduced wind noise. Pretty much none cruising into work today at above average speeds. Could listen to the radio with volume at moderate level and actually have a conversation if I wanted to do such a thing...

Quite possibly geo, except i probably won't have a widebody kit, big wing, or that rear bumper...:D

more maintenance/adjustment done. Adjusted my clutch pedal to eliminate a ton of extra free play that was present in the clutch pedal. Feels a lot better now. Would like to have a more experienced person take a look at my master cylinder to be sure it doesn't need replaced. Noticed black oil right where the rod enters, but none of it was tracking up the rod. Pretty sure it's fine, but may as well be positive.

EDIT: on my way to work this morning, I decded to try a hard 1-2 gear shift at high rpms (I have a nice straight road in a more industrial area where I work) and still got a grind. It is unfortunate as I was really hoping that this adjustment would fix the issue as I read on forums that it worked for many others (though theirs sound like cold grinding, while mine is grinding warm). Looks like an AP2 tranny in my future. It will be a little quicker with that in there anyway (and more robust).

I also have spent a little time figuring out some interior accent lighting. The all black interior is really dark at night which is fine, but it is hard to find the door handles and anything on the floor if it drops. I'm going to add some foot well lights and a single led in each interior door handle bucket. The floor lights will be wired to 12v constant and work on a rocker switch. I was planning to run the lights in the buckets from two power sources. The 12v constant from the footwell switch and the power for the headlights. That way, the lights are on whenever the headlights are on.

Peeled the upper portion of my extra door panels in preparation for carbon fiber overlay. Planning to do a 2 x 2 weave and west system epoxy.
