I am looking for a couple of crew guys for the upcoming race at Miller and possibly others. It can be hard work for no real money but there is the whole being at the racetrack thing. Cars are the RX-8 Touring cars. NO real rotary knowledge required but it will be very helpful to be able to follow directions exactly, use a little initiative, and be willing to learn. We will leave Denver on the 26th and return the 2nd.
Interested? Shoot me an email at don at grid-1 dot net.

The event is at Miller Motorsports Park in UT?
Will we have to provide our own transportation and accommodations?
Kinda short notice but tempting.

You could ride with us or drive yourself. We provide hotel and food, and a couple of t-shirts to wear throughout the weekend. All you really need bring out of the ordinary is at least one pair of black work pants (Dickies etc) to wear in the hot pits during the race, as when we are on TV all crew needs to be in uniform. It helps if your a member of the SCCA.

Basically the schedule is this-
Wednesday load and leave
Thursday- Promotors test day
Friday- Practice and Qualifying
Saturday- Race around 1 or 2PM

Not sure if we are leaving Satrday right after the race or Sunday morning.
