think 3 cars full coverage with 500 deductible and you will realize that it is actually pretty cheap. especially when you consider that i have 3 speeding tickets in the s10

Yeah me and my wife pay a little less than $900 a 6-month period for full coverage, $500 deductible (including free glass) for our 3 cars (the FD, my Protege, and her Saturn Ion). Neither of us have any violations in 4 years.

That is with 3 cars. It's not full coverage on the Miata, but it's two new vehicles with full coverage. I have one violation in the last 3 years and it was a "too fast for conditions" ticket. My wife has never gotten a speeding ticket in her life.

The 3 speeding tickets is what's killing eliminster on his insurance. When I was younger and getting at least one ticket a year my insurance was way more too.

I had 2 speeding tickets and an at-fault accident on my insurance back when we just had my RX-8 and my wife's '95 Saturn sedan. Our insurance was around $375/mo, and that was with $1000 deductibles. Ahh, to be young and wreckless, lol

yeah definate benefit of becoming an old man... I used to get a ticket every couple months when in my old minitruck. doesnt help im mexican. 18 years old driving a lowered regular cab nissan mini thats straightpiped and 2 12" JL subs in the rear. but i havent had anything on my record in something like 7 years *knocks on wood*

i have full coverage on the miata and the jeep both with 250/250 deductibles. glass coverage. 50 dollar a day rental reimbursement.
10k in renters insurance.
3k in valuable property insurance (for the cameras incase i ever drop or loose them)
and my premium is 830 every 6 months.


i used to pay 125 a month for liability only on my 1988 ford escort..

soo. update I just spent an hour and a half in the bodyshop after they took the clearcoat off my fenders and im standing there with a toothpick and a thimble of the paint filling in all the little rockchips.
the front crossmember was structural. but after paint i stared at it and could NOT find evidence that it was repaired. they did a great job there. lets see how it looks when they its all together. because of my LE 4 stage paint. the eyebrow things i got were going to cost me 78 bucks each to paint... i figured that wasnt worth it.

so far the damage is still 5500. but i do still get a new windshield, radiator, fluids, ac condenser, ac recharge and clear bra too. so we will see if it goes up more. plus the fact that i think my sensor died that shuts of the engine incase of an accident. because every bump on the way home shut my car off.
