Yeah, the Z4M coupe owner at my office is all butt-hurt because his Bimmer is now the SECOND fastest car in the office, after that tuned STi. LOL. Actually said, "But mine's comfortable!"

Had my first challenge in the Speed3. I was talking off moderately quick from a light not even paying attention what the car was next to me but I noticed he was keeping up and I hate when some lame family car keeps up with me so I got on it a little more but he was still there. Finally I'm like screw this and go all out and by the end of 4th had barely pulled a half a car on him and he backed off. I was like WTF is this family car keeping up with me. Did I just make a huge mistake buying this slow-ass car? Then he passed me and it was an Impala SS, 2008ish. I didn't even know they existed. 303hp 5.3L V8. I need to get some mods though because if that dude can keep up with me, I might end up losing to a Z28 and that would be embarassing. Sometimes I wish I had kept my SRT-4 despite the high mileage and just gotten it rebuilt or something. I'll feel much better once I get some mods for the Speed though.

First Challenge since i have been home yesterday :)

1. New model silver Eclipse (with huge muffler  ) - Headed north on HWY 115 and I saw him speeding up behind me. I was already going 65 and in the slow lane, but he decided to stay on my ass?! After tailgating me for about 30 seconds he decides to pass me at which point I dropped it into third and pulled about 3 cars on him. After I redlined 3d I let off and let him pass. Thats when I noticed his huge muffler it was at least 5 inches, LOL!

That was you? If you would only have gotten out of my way in the first place I wouldn't have been tailgating. The nerve of some people. You are lucky I didn't hit the NOS at the right time and double clutch. My car will go 180 in third mofo.:lol:

The last challenge I recall was pulling away from a light on Sheridan, heading north. Hear a Harley next to me, so I accelerate briskly, then left off at about 35 or so. Look to my left, it's a motorcycle cop. He blips the siren, tells me to slow down, then merges into my lane. I think I'm getting pulled over, so I take the next right hand turn, and he just continues on his merry way.

Had a little encounter with an S2000 the other day. My buddy at work has one and I walk all over him, so I figured what the heck, we were both turning onto C-470 from Wads. I put 2 - 3 car lengths on him from the outside off the line and held it until I shifted into third. That's when I knew I was f'ed cause I heard his BOV. Guy put about a bus length on me before I was out of third and just continued on his merry way.

If I had known he had a turbo I never would have taken off. That thing was friggin quick. ~2700 lbs with probably at least 350 RWHP makes me a sad little MS6 driver.

I was screwing around w/ a buddy of mine who has a NA 180-190HP early 90's civic hatch on the way home from work this past weekend. He was all kinda butt hurt when i put, in his words "about 7 car lengths" between us :) He stopped by my work a couple days later and was amazed at how fast my "4 door" was.

I had a new 4th gen Eclipse mess with me mess with me back when I was Phoenix and I was doing some street tuning. I had just wired in my custom LS2 ignition system and it was misfiring whenever I went into boost so my car was running pretty much like an NA 8....he was actually kinda fast and really annoying. I bet he thought we was beating me, lol.

I'm pretty sure it was a 4cyl since I pulled on it pretty hard. If it was the V6 it probably would have been closer. I think the V6, 6sp hits 60 in the high 6s so I still should have beaten it. Pretty sad for a V6...

Now that I think of it I remember messing around with a white one before I left (pretty sure it was a GT, V6, 6sp). He was right on my ass coming off of an on ramp (onto HWY 115) and I could tell he was going to try and fly by me. I kept it in third and went to redline and he couldn't pass me. If I remember right I had almost a car length between us.

I have a buddy in the Springs with a yellow boosted S putting down over 400rwhp. He kept asking if I wanted to race when I had my SRT4 but I knew better, hehe. He's a cool guy though, offered to help me put my TBE on my MS3 when I get it in a couple months.

Challenged by a kid in a shaved, debadged bimmer of some sort today. I stayed with him all the way until I was uncomfortable with the speed/safety aspect, then I let him go. I think it was a 330i...either way, we were evenly matched.
