Excellent find.
The other issue Biden had was with his naming. Is Mitt Romney his freind, senetor, both, other. Kept wanting to say freind, then stopping changing, ten using it. Not sure what his intent was. Seemed like he was trying to do something or trying to avoid something...I particularly liked when he accidentally called him Reagan.
I think when he was saying "my friend" he was talking about Ryan. So when he was really talking about Romney that's why he would change it cause he wasn't talking about Ryan.

Whether you agree with them or not, it is excellent that kids are doing something to have their voices heard. I would love to see more of this kind of action. Given the rate at which we are pushing kids to maturity, I would love to see some movement to allowing tem more voice.

Reminds me of the Leftists 'Vote or Die' and 'get out the vote' or whatever campaign.
Imho 18yr old's haven't experienced enough to cast a logical vote.

I disagree. I think "kids" now are growing up too fast. Maybe experiencing too much before they are really prepared for it. Some of it due to technology, some of it parents. Kids with immediate access to cell phones, the internet, and from what I see around the folks I know, no sense of censoring what the young people are exposed to.
There has been a lot of change in society since the voting age was set. At 15-16, kids are deemed responsible enough to operate a motor vehicle on the roads.
IF we get into the tax/financial aspect of it, I doubt even most 25 year olds really understand that (I struggle still).
That video urges people to vote on te consititution and their values. Most kids have had the constitution run past them numerous times by the time they are 18. Most of them know their own values. Honestly, opening the vote up to people under 18 is not likely to favor my choice at this point, but I still think there is merit to considering it.

In this particular election, unless you're making 250k/yr or more, you can vote for all of it with one candidate.

You've got to be kidding me:rolleyes:
I can understand Mr. Geo's sincere desire for a true statesman. But I assure you, neither candidate is going to grant you your every desire.

That's not what I meant. I know there will never be a candidate that is 100% perfect for any one person. I meant one candidate will provide the things he specifically mentioned in his post. Equality, general progression for society, and money (provided you don't make more than 250k/yr). Peace and love aren't really things a President can control so I'm not including those.
Basically you can vote based on money and still get the equality and general progression of society too.

This should come as no surprise, but I disagree. I can't believe you're still so blinded by Obama's fraudulent aura. Has his transcendent abilities to induce Change (by bringing the world together and ridding us all of the evilness that Bush inflicted during his ill-gotten 8yr reign) happened yet? I mean, has all the petty bickering between Reps and Dems stopped, as he promised? Does the world respect us now? Has the economy gotten back to where he promised it would be? Are we living in a colorless utopia of love and peace? I think not-- rather, it seems to me that things are falling apart around us. Perhaps he needs to make more appearances on Letterman, appealing to a broader base and get things done? Maybe send Michelle on more flamboyant vacations with our tax dollars?
If its not obvious that he's full of it by now, then we have bigger problems to worry about. Oh, wait...change cannot be fully implemented until we 'Move Forward' towards more debt and reliance on foreign entities. That's right.
250k or less? Ah yes, the evil rich man- sucking this country dry. Hoarding all of their millions, so the little man can't live the American dream. Let's hire more teachers and collect more taxes; sounds like a plan!
That rant being said, Romney isn't all peaches n' cream either. Please don't misunderstand my dislike for "the best president ever", as meaning Romney is the answer we're looking for. I just think that America has lost its way and Obama is not the solution that is needed.
PS. No need to nit-pick this post (read: my opinions) with your same old, played out, talking points. I've heard them before. I'm merely bewildered by the fact that you still think he's so great is all.

Nice rant. LOL at calling what the other side has to say "same old, played out, talking points." It's the same on both sides.
The 250k or less comment had nothing to do with rich people being evil or blaming them for anything. Just saying your taxes will not be raised by Obama if you're under that mark, so you can vote based on your own personal wallet and still not vote for Romney, unless you make over that amount, then Obama wants to raise taxes on you.
And I don't see how wanting to vote for Obama makes one think he's the best President ever or that we're all super in love with him. I just think he's a better option than Romney is all.
Oh, and congrats on writing a conservative rant about Obama without using the phrase "drinking the kool-aid." I think that's the first time that's ever happened.
