Stock '09 WRXs beat '09 STi's from 0-60 in some comparison tests. They are much quicker than the '08 WRXs. And no, I don't want any part of your '09 TheNewBlack, lol. Not yet anyway. Is that 298whp corrected or uncorrected? Was it done at altitude?

If the WRX I ran had launched I wouldn't have stood a chance but he didn't.

It is corrected and my dyno was done at MAC. I couldnt see paying 8000 more dollars for the STI, to me the WRX looks a little better than the new STi's anyway, theyre a little ricey IMO. If the car was an 08 you couldve taken it for sure, an 09 is a pretty even match stock vs. stock, minus the AWD.

Challenged today on Arapahoe road heading east by an Acura TL type s. it was blacked out and the guy tried a pull at one red light but i didnt expect it but by the time i caught up to him we caught the next light then we did a pull from there and by the time i hit 120 he was close to 3 bus lengths behind me.

Audi TT Coupe flew by me doing 15-20 over tonight and got caught at the next light anyway. I accelerated briskly to the 55mph speed limit but he didn't. A little later he flew by me again doing 15+ over and got caught at the next light too. This time he did try me and I put 3 cars on him by 80 before I backed off. Of course he flew by me doing 90 when I started slowing down so I'm sure he'll tell his friends he won.

Oh, and the other day in the Miata I beat an Aveo to 40, lol. 0-40 in like 12 seconds haha.

I'm telling you man, the Miata is slooooow. Plus that was on the old motor and I was scared to rev it over 5k cause it felt like it was going to rattle apart lol.

Last Sunday I had a new Civic wanting to race or something coming back from miata engine swap fun. The girl thought she was cool because she would fly by me on the down hills going 90 or so but as soon as we hit an up hill she couldn't keep up. I don't know what motor it had or anything but it wasn't an si even though it was a 2dr. I wouldn't call it a challenge because it wasn't very challenging, lol.

I bet I see you a few times during the week... I'm on Ridgeline and Plaza!

C5 Z06.
C6 Z06.
Multiple C5 & C6 "regular" Corvettes, to include my buddy Jason's supercharged C6.
BMW 335i coupe.
BMW 135i.
Probably at least a half a dozen 05+ Mustang GT's.
My buddy's Charger SRT-8.
New Ford/Shelby GT500 (although I haven't seen him in a while).
Infiniti G37.

Although, admittedly many of these cars do not show up here very often in the winter haha. In the winter there are far more SUV's in the parking lot that replace these cars until it gets warm again.

Yeah, that's like our parking lot, Ronin. Obviously, I don't make as much as most of the other people in our building. :(

The lawyer that lives behind me drives a TT. What's funny is that he's a BIG fella. We're talking 6-feet tall and AT LEAST 350 lbs. Probably closer to 400.

Wonder if he needs vaseline and a prybar to get in and out of the car.

The Charger would be cool without those ghastly huge chrome rims.

It has Lambo doors and super fail flags with cocks on them (from SC).

Basically his SRT8 goes from 0 to Fail in 1.2 seconds

I haven't been challenged much in the last few weeks. It's been kind of relaxing. The only real "challenge" was from a riced-out Neon 2-door with fake Shelby stripes, a fart can, and BBS knock-off wheels. Douchebag pulled out into traffic from a side street and cut me off. WHen I swerved to go around him, he actually gunned it and tried to keep me from passing him and getting back into the lane.

What a dumbass. If he'd hit us, he'd have injured my son in the passenger seat, which would have resulted in me breaking him into tiny pieces and dropping them in the storm drain.
