I guess I'm not part of the "Cool" crowd, LOL! I'm 32, and on my 4th car.
Here are my first cars:
1993 - 1982 Datsun 310DX (I think)....it was a beater, and was sky blue inside & out. Friends called it the smurfmobile, LOL! Finally died when 1st and reverse gears went out. MY first and last automatic. Was cheaper to buy new car instead of getting repairs.
1997 - 1989 Toyota Corolla....aka Cory...great little car, no problems ever. Finally got tired of chaning brakes every other month (bad boots) and the fuel pump went out.
2003 - 1999 Nissan Altima...aka Storm...Good family car, but not so great when you're used to a small compact car. I felt like I was driving a boat. Got tired of it, needed something faster.
2006 - 2006 Mazda 3s....aka Lucky....best car I ever owned!!
So, to sum it up - I don't change out cars as often.

It's not what you drive, it's how you drive it.

DSM's are fun cars, of course I owned one, but in the eternal struggle between Mitsubishi and Subaru, I've since went over to the other side.... I test drove an EVO IX MR before I bought my STI, and I liked it, it's a badass car, but there's something about the Subie I felt addicted to.... when it comes down to it, my WRX was the longest I ever held onto a car, and I somehow became a "Subaru guy", which helped me make my decision of STI over EVO.
I did always want a 97-99 GSX though, the best looking Eclipse ever made IMO, if only the 7-bolt motors didn't have crank walk issues.... so I guess I really always wanted a 97-99 GSX with a 6-bolt swap lol.
Like you Brandon I have owned a few turbo cars, but was kind of a DSMer.....
1992 Eagle Talon AWD 6-bolt (just sold last year)
1993 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX 6-Bolt swap, my baby.......12.8 at 104mph
1995 Mitsubishi GSX 7-bolt yuck
1998 Mitsubishi GSX
1999 Subaru Impreza SUS
2006 MazdaSpeed 6
1999 Toyota 4 Runner (Wife's)
I am 26 and now very happy with my current driver......[/b]

1998 Pontiac Sunfire / 2 door / red / 2.2L Inline 4 / 4 speed auto / extremely slow / It was owned by a rental car company before my brother, and by the time I got it it was in rough shape to say the least lol. I don't know why but I really did take good care of the thing.. must have been because it was my first car. Sold it to a girl who "totaled" it a week after buying it.

LoL. How long did it take to hit 60? My first car was a VW Fox (rated at 81hp at sea level) and I don't think I ever hit 60. Slow to say the LEAST.
