Thanks guys! Yeah I'll be there unless I'm out of town or something.
Hey Dave, I was talking to Frank earlier tonight and he said there is a dyno down here in Peyton and there are others in town. Got me thinking, do you think you could come down here to tune the car? The only reason I ask is because if something happens and the engine blows or something like that, it would be a lot easier to get it home from a place here than in Denver or Ft Collins. Although, this is only if someone down here will let us use their dyno.

Absolutely man, whatever works. I only recommended Harvey at Boost Creep in Longmont because he likes me and cuts me a seriously good dyno rate per hour, plus he's a real cool guy.
But I understand, in the highly unlikely event something happens, it will be easier and cheaper to get your car home.
Call me sometime man so we can hang out! Soon!

OK Dave, I'll get ahold of the guy and see if he's cool with renting his dyno, I think Frank already told me he's cool with it but I'll check for sure and get back to you. Are you only good for the weekends?
Thanks Jimmy and Justin! Justin, I don't drink but I'll have something else while you have a beer haha.

I can do other days, but I usually don't get off work until 3-4pm so I couldn't make it to the Springs in time really. Weekends is best since it will take me 1.5hrs to make the drive one-way.

Well the guy said we can do late nights, but that would still put you home really late too. Well, maybe I'll have to do it up there anyway haha.

If he's willing to stay late Friday night I can do it then probably. It's just I have to get up 530am for work so I don't want to be getting home at 2am lol.
Whatever works man, if he can do a weekend I'm game, or Friday night.

Well I called him today, and as it turns out he works with ALMS cars and he's tuned a rotary race car haha. He knows Frank too, which surprised me. Anyway, I'm going to call him tomorrow and take the car by there so he can check it out. I may not need you to come down after all Dave.
Oh, and there is a chance he will be leaving Wednesday and not coming back until after I go home so chances are you wouldn't be able to make it down here in time anyway.
At this point I could really care less to be honest. If the engine ends up blowing at some point I'll just rebuild it and have someone else tune it next time haha. I think it would be nice to have someone local who can tune the car too.
