You're not talking about the Rotary Supercars RSC Raptor, are you? The German wannabe auto manufacture that has released nothing more than pipe dream, photochopped (as in the Raptor, which is a photochopped 599) concept cars?
Although RSC has made 3 "concept" cars to date, none of them have actually been made, or even prototyped. It's most likely two desk jockeys trying to hook investors in their not-yet-launched company.
Here's the latest from RSC; a 2800hp, 0-60mph in 1 second 8-rotor pipedream

GM actually made a Corvette with a 4-rotor as a concept car in 1973.

Then the oil embargo hit and everyone freaked out the rotary engine was dropped by every major car manufacturer, except for Mazda, obviously. In fact, at the time, Mercedes, Rolls Royce, BMW, etc all had rotary concept engines.

Don't forget the rotary powered '66 Mustang Ford built.

That's right, I spaced that one.
By far, to me, the most interesting rotary concept was the massive Rolls Royce diesel concept for tanks. In order to get the compression ratio high enough, RR had to make the rotors massive- apparently nearly the size of a small table. Pictures and info are scarce though as it was a war-time covert project that never was actually made.
