So I go home yesterday, grab the mail, only to see a mailing from the Department of Revenue. It states that they are revoking my license. WHAT!?!?!?!?!?!

1) I switched from geico to progressive in July/August. NO lapse occurred
2) Progressive did not file an SR-22 with DMV (like i asked) when I switched to them back in August.
3) I got a 1 pt peeding ticket in October. The officer said NOTHING about my license being suspended, and i have not received any sort of mailing before this about ANY problems.
4) They are saying that my license was suspended for not having an SR-22 filed, and when I got this ticket, that was a ticket during a supspension or revocation. WHICH MEANS I LOSE MY LICENSE FOR A YEAR. WHAT THE ****!

Anyone know of any DMV/Traffic/ANYTHING lawyer who could help me figure this shit out. I honestly have the worst luck. FML

Mad respect to Barn, I appreciate the contact info. Everything go squared away, and Molly was a great resource. I ended up just getting the filing back dated and spent a glorious morning at the DMV wading through some bureaucratic bull shit. But alls right in the world and I am still legally allowed to be a menace on the road.
