I searched for BMW midnight blue type colors and I think it might be Carbon Black, but I'm not sure.

Looks like an HDR photo or at least over saturated. So the color probably isn't really accurate to what it is in person.

I'm with dommo. Looks way over saturated. Don't think it's HDR, background doesn't quite look right to be HDR. Probably doesn't look quite that that IRL. I'm actually not a huge fan of the picture. I'm sure the car looks wonderful, but that is a crappy photo of it.

HAHA, I was about to say, I'm pretty sure it's NOT Montego Blue because that's what my car was originally haha. Thanks!

Yeah I was thinking there were probably some affects used to make it look different than what it really is.

Hmm. Let me put it this way. That picture makes the car look like sh*t in my opinion. Lol.

No I got that part lol, I was talking about all the acronyms and all that. I've heard of DSLR or whatever before, but I couldn't tell you what it stands for, much less HDR, etc.

HDR = High Dynamic Range. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_dynamic_range_imaging
IRL = In Real Life

After looking at that color more, I'm thinking it looks a bit purple, which I'm not crazy about. Maybe I can do something like Frank has on his FD, a 350Z color, then do some black pearl over it to make it darker. Not sure yet. Thanks guys!

Haha, nah I'm not doing orange. I like monochromatic...black, white, grey, silver, gunmetal, ect...and blue, for my cars. Or maybe even bronze like my Pathfinder. I do like other colors, including bright colors, but not on my cars.
