I'm just trying to learn to deal with them at this point. I get them because I'm constantly running on concrete at work. I've never dealt with the before so it's basically try to learn to power through the pain. They only started on like Thursday and they were absolutely awful for the first few days hence me not going.

I work as a valet at a new development called CitySet in Glendale. I'm always running on concrete at work so it's somewhat inevitable.

I work on concrete all day as well but I rarely get shin splints. All about your shoes and insoles

Of course I didnt' even see this thread until now...I only showed up cause of the FB deal haha. Next time someone provide a link so I can at least see we need to bring stuff haha
