you guys can meet up at the car show. on the 29th of this month. im planning to go, i would like to see rotaries at this show since i am showing off mine even though its not finished lol

There are a TON of 8s in the springs. I've invited several to the meets myself, but none of those have showed yet. The problem is alot of people just buy 8s because they think they're "cute" and they don't really know what they have, and it just pisses me off that people could be so clueless about the history lol. MOST of the time if someone buys a 7, you know they know what it is because no one in their right mind would want one without knowing what they're getting into HAHA. And of course because they're all older cars and unless you know what it is and are looking for one you won't go looking on a lot...where you'd find the 8. But soon enough the 8s will be in the same situation and only people that know what it is will be getting them, and that is fantastic.

I made up some flyers to put around town. Well, they are from when I was in NC but I changed everything to be applicable to CS, I just never got around to putting them up. I'd think about posting on Craigslist if I were you, and put some flyers up at auto parts stores and maybe even Wal-Mart, but you'd have to get permission first I'd imagine.

There are a couple friends from Carson that show up to the meets all the time, Tim and Chris. Tim has a black one with black wheels and Chris's is silver and he's about to go turbo. Do they sound familiar?

There was another guy on Carson last year, his name was Chet Rickerman, he had an 8, and another guy on Carson with a red 8, his name was Rob I think. I haven't heard from them since '08.

^No I was just wondering if you knew them. I'm deployed right now so there isn't much chance I'll be making it to ANY meets lol, nor any reason to get ahold of them. I already have both their numbers anyway. Thanks though!
