Picked up my Ride yesterday.
Getting it all cleaned-up today and ready for the show tomorrow.
Still working on some cooling issues so I won't be running down the track.
You can find me and my Yellow MSP in the upper parking area.

Long day - Just got back home after a 3 hour drive back to Glenwood Springs. Overall a a pretty good turnout: 55+ cars showing and 100+ cars racing. I was the only Mazda showing. I saw one red RX-8 racing, he made it into the third round before I left at 4pm. Don't know the results of the racing because it probably ran pass 6pm.

Picture fail - I'm not the best photographer, the only picture that came out was the one above which someone else took. LOL

I'll post up a link to the event pictures once their posted.

gez,, you were the only mazda???? What the hell has happened to the club participation in events like this?? No one ever goes to car shows anymore these days to show off their own car and hard work they put into it,, and to have some CMZC reprensentaion at these shows to show what a great car club this is..

Years ago when this club started we had multiple car shows that a few of us all attented.. NOPI, KBPI Car show, Cartoys etc etc.... Now the only time you guys do anything is at our own birthday bash...

Im not trying to rant here, I just think its sad that no one likes to show off what they got.. I know that the majority of the members on here are mainly stock cars or have a few performance mods,, But there are some of you that have ALOT done to your cars and have alot of custom mods done that you should WANT to show off what you got.. but thats just my opinion and Im sure some of you wont agree with me..

I just think it would help the word get out about our club if you show up in a decent sized group and show some pride for this club and for your car.. Cuz you know the Scion guys or the Vdubs certainly like to show up in full force..
