once weather is nice, would you guys consider a cruise up Pikes Peak, or is cost prohibitive? I would like some pictures at the top. Do they still have the old race car up there?

I'd be down for that. I didn't see a race car when I was up there, but maybe I just missed it.

I have a picture of me in it from when my wife and I hiked up. It was a single seater tube type car (not sure if that is the right term).

Oh that's cool. Is it up there permanently or it was just a visitor or something?

So Im coming back to the springs to do my recruiter assistance around march 7th. It would be great to see you guys one last time before my wife (married my gf) and I head to grand forks. That would be if you guys accept me now that I got rid of the yata for a 2012 GTI.....

Lol, I know. I really want to buy another yata and do a ls swap later on in my days, but as of right now I needed more room. I can't complain either. The apr stage1 tune puts it at 254 bhp along with 297 ft-lbs of torque from 216bhp and 226 ft-lbs with the selectable 93 map . It moves quite decently.

Im also looking forward to later putting on the [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M2Be02dk3t4"]k04 (smaller of the stage 3 turbo kits)[/ame] to put out what apr projects as 366bhp and 390 ft-lbs of torque. If I wanted to go bigger there is the Stage 3+ which is 451bhp and 390 ft-lbs of torque. But i think ill stick with the k04.

Mostly looking for a good grocery getter that can go quick when it needs to.
