This is what I posted on Facebook.

"While you were watching football, I was rocking the twisties up near Mt. Evans with the rest of the CO Mazda Maniacs. Fast cars, tight corners, sweet views, thick fog, rain, snow, sleat, freezing temps, summer tires, some drama, laughs and crazy. You flatlanders would have sh** bricks. Ba Ba Ba Boost!"

Enjoyed it Everyone. Thanks to Bree for motivating the cruise.

ya i love the focus on that road. i still cant believe how rigid and balanced and communicative this car feels for as cheap as it is. although ive never gone in that direction, so it was a bit different uphill with the defogger on which zaps 17hp from the engine (dyno proven!) because of the a/c. keeping it wound up in 3rd gear as always proved to do the trick! pictures are coming, they are quite large so photobucket is resizing which takes a lifetime... and i made the mistake of uploading all 67 pics.

too bad this is my last cmzc cruise :(

I had a great time. A little slipping in the slush with the RWD but hey it was fun. I was surprised at how well it did with having nearly bald tires.

I had a great time and my cousin was shitting bricks.

Thank you to everyone who came out for this! Especially Matt, it was great to see you out! And Chris, thanks for making the long trip up for your first cruise with us! It definitely was a great cruise, the weather made me nervous but it was an adventure for sure! My MS3 does great in all that slush, poor Jimmy was sliding :( Aww.... he needs better tires. Its all in the tires!! Thanks again guys, and girl for coming out!

I was impressed the way you were driving that beast. Especially considering you had your wife and children with you.

Rock On, Sir.

Ya the but what you guys didnt see was the wife smacking me over the head and telling me to slow down on the curves lol.. but its all good. It handles very well actually.. and diffently has the power to keep up with you guys.. Although I did play it safe and I popped it into 4wd on the downside coming off the mountain..
