I got a call today from Alex (Service Manager) and they are committed to the Club's Mazda Tech Day. He has made it manditory for all of his service staff.
No chance of a cancellation this time.
Alex and I will talk again on Wednesday and then a final confirmation call on Friday.
Given that we are starting early Saturday morning, MOL will have coffe, juice and pastries - any request. I'll need to get a head count so they can plan appropriately.
The Techs are hoping to see more cars. Great time to get some personal attention and evaluation of your Ride.

Alex, the Service Manager will discuss the Dealership policy regarding upgrades and warranties. General view is that they evaluate a cause and effect relationship. Alex will go into more detail with examples. Club members can also ask more specific questions. Also he will discuss Service Center limitations on their ability to perform upgrades and the oportunity for mazdaspeed performance upgrades and warranty.

To confirm I will be there. May be 815ish, but I will plan on making it.
I can't commit to making it just yet, but if some other plans don't preclude me, I'll do my best!
