what brand does everyone have?? or should i look into.. I need to invest in one, for some reason I'm always the ONLY one that doesn't have one.. lol

Brand doesn't really matter, when you buy them they come in pairs. I've got a Motorola... I'd suggest going to Big 5 Sporting Goods, they ALWAYS have walkie-talkies on sale.
