If those are the prices we are looking at, I'm going to have to pass. There is no way I can skip work and spend that much.. plus the price of rentals.. yikes!

And FYI- I bought an e-book (EDUPROJECT BOOK $10) and can get 2 for 1 tickets to Loveland AND 2 for 1 tickets to Copper Mountain. Plus this book has several $5 off coupons for your groceries at King Soopers and lots of other good deals as well.

Here's the ski season deals:

Not that I really care since I'm not going with you guys, but thought I'd pass along the good savings info.

Ya, I wasnt trying to piss in the camp fire, but I figured I would throw that out there before any of you head up there and get the sticker shock when you pay at the front window.. But ya, using the coupon book is probably one of the better ways to go about getting a ticket.. If you all decide on a place and we have enough coupons to do a buy one get one type a deal then it would make it alot more easier to go if we only had to pay $40-$50 for a ticket cause your splitting the cost with someone on the BOGO deal...

I checked out lovelands site and their day passes are $54.. so if we do the BOGO then it would turn out pretty cheap.. And even at that, $54 does sound alot better than the $86 at keystone.

And Loveland really has some sweet terrain on the north side of the interstate. Loveland is one of my favorites. I was there on Monday. It was a little windy for my tastes, but other than that, it was a good trip.

It was so windy that when me and the guy I was with tried to cut over to get to the chair that takes you to the top, the snow was blowing so hard on the surface that you couldn't see anything. The sun was trying to poke through the clouds as well so the lighting was very flat. Anyway, the guy I was with went straight into the side of a 2 foot snow drift because he didn't see it. After that, we decided that it wasn't worth it to go do anything anymore difficult than what we were already on. But I've had some of my best days skiing at Loveland.

I agree.. I would be up for something like this.

I was just on craigslist and typed in lift tickets for loveland and popped up a bunch of $37 dollar one day lift tickets. So if people wanted to purchase them that way they could too. Just an idea.. . but I would definantely be up for these prices. And I like Loveland

I hold a season pass for those interested into buying discount tickets at Keystone.
$59 for an adult instead of $86.

Loveland sounds fine with me also! Like Tom said they've got some killer terrain on the North Side.

I used 2 coupons on Monday for 4 skiers at Loveland.

If you go to King Soopers and buy the e-book (customer service desk) while you're buying your groceries, the book pays for half of itself that trip alone with the $5 off for King Soopers.
