So it was me that pulled over :( and I pulled over because I had a total dits moment I dropped the cap to my drink and then my smoke oops, so I pulled over to try and get everything and people ask if I need anything (thanks crystal and josh for coming back) and I said over the radio that I had to stop for the above reason, but when we got back on the road there was no one in sight. So smaller groups would be good and me not dropping everything while I'm driving would also be good. Even though I did not get to cruise I still had a good time thanks Andrew(sp?) for having us over it was fun. :D

Thank you everyone for enjoying a PBJ with me, I can say it was my first time and I am sure it will not be my last.

Its easy to say that next time there needs to be small groups and its easy to say that invited people messed up. I am not perfect and i get told to get off the ass of the person infront of me almost evertime (which i am working on). From the get go Dave didn't want to lead, in fact no one wanted to lead, so if we have a hard time getting one group leader how hard is it going to be to get 3 or 4? I know that i don't want to lead any groups and i sure dont want to be in front of the pack anymore as well.

Andrew and I usually take the back end and we are good about making sure the leader knows what the back half is doing but with as many cars as there were last night it was hard to keep track. Sorry Nick i hope you know that it was a mistake and normally would never happen. Trish, i was getting gas and when i got back we were leaving so i didn't see you. You know i would call you and make sure you weren't going before we would leave.

Nissan Dave, it was a pleasure shooting the wind with you last night. GOOD TIMES!. (He should be signing up this week) and Jimmy as well.

I am not sure if i will be attending the cruise, perhaps we need to make the sunday night crusie a sunday afternoon cruise that ends at Sonic instead of starting. Just an idea.

First...for my rant:

I'm the one that got passed by that damn copper Neon on the curve up the mountain. Believe me, I let him have it when we got up to the top. Others mentioned a thing or two to him as well, and at that point, he decided not to go with us any further because he didn't want us "bitching" at him. Also, Nissan Dave tried to give out a big fat hint that he didn't want these guys to come by saying we were going to someone's house. He knew how they drive, and didn't want them with us. SO...I think that if anyone wants to invite a non-member who hasn't cruised with us before, they should just kind of check with other people to make sure it's cool...or lead that person in their own group. I'm still pissed that this idiot nearly pushed me off the mountain and won't have it again.

Josh...you didn't even try to call me. Also....some of us didn't have good signals when we got there. I didn't hear anything on my radio about Nick needing to pull around, and I think that was during all the chatter that was going on. Trish, call me next time, and I'll turn around for you. I didn't even know you got left behind! I'm so sorry chic!

I completely agree that we should break out a large group like that into smaller groups for all the above reasons listed. I'm more than willing to lead a group as long as I know exactly where we're going. We ought to consider breaking each groups by level of expertise or craziness, if you will. I.E. I'll lead the group that wants to go faster or crazier since I drive like that too. I'd hate to lead a newbie that thinks I'm a maniac, LOL! ALSO...as with any other cruises to meets that we've done, we gathered before the cruise and shouted out where we were going, and who to follow. We should do this for our Sunday cruises as well. Everyone should gather around before the cruise so nobody is confused. Each leader will have each other's phone numbers in case anything changes during the cruise.

Other than the Copper A-Hole, I had a ton of fun last night! The curves were SWEET! My freaky Mazda had a ton of fun!!! It was so great meeting Darby, and the other newbie (I forogt his name already, damn), and seeing the rest of you again! I'm looking forward to next week!

We talked briefly (tall guy with glasses and BlackBerry hat) but you were in high demand last night! Loved seeing "the beast" up close and personal, next time I'll try to squeeze a ride out of you! Wanted to say thanks again for getting me involved with the group in the first place.

G, I am glad you had a good time. Depite how last night my have seemed there are some great people with tons of advise or able hands to help out if ever you need. That is what attracted me to here in the first place and its the friends and the cars that keep me here. Hope you get to enjoy this club as much as i do.

Is anyone down for maybe a sunday morning, afternoon cruise? Nissan Dave and i were thinking a drive up to Estas Park would be fun and there is unlimited amounts of fun to be had. It seems to me that when its just CMCZ we have fun and everyone is happy.

The last time we had a cruise to Estes it was a very nice and relaxing time. We met up at Flatirons Mall and took the backroads into Estes, found a nice little resturant, had lunch and then walked downtown Estes, headed back home.

As for last night, I never expected anyone to "babysit" me and make sure I knew you were leaving. I lost track of time chatting with friends from a different group. I realized that it was getting dark and decided to head back and see what was going on with our group, only to find my group had left me behind. My car was sitting there all by itself with a bunch of weird kids lurking around it. This made me very uncomfortable, and kinda upset. It really made me upset knowing that when this club first started we used to have cruises/gatherings with more people then last night and never had a problem with leaving people behind. There was one other meet that Angelo and Albert were left behind at Red Rocks, and that was because no one had their numbers (this is why I carry everyones numbers in my phone now) But besides that one gathering, we never left members behind, if one had problems with their car, we all knew to stop on the side of the road, or go back for them, we were a big family and this was why I wanted to stay with this club. Now-a-days it seems like we have "cliques" and if you are not the "cool kid" you have no idea what is going on. Just like with the last Sonic Monthly meet.. If you have an inside joke between you and a couple other members leave it inside unless you want to tell everyone what happened. Just many little things like this have been bothering me lately, and this is why I haven't been going to the sonic meets anymore. Jack finally talked me into showing last night, and I was having a great night and was really looking forward to the cruise only to find I was left behind. I don't blame anyone, as I said before I didnt expect anyone to "babysit" me, just in general we ALL need to keep an eye out for ALL members. Make sure EVERYONE knows what is going on, and that no one is left out of the group. Hopefully this makes sense and is not just a bunch of rambling.

I would totally be down for this. Driving during the day is a lot less stressful. :)

No sweat, I had a great time just hanging out (sounds like a lot happened after I left, I'm kinda glad I chose to leave before the cruise looking back at it now).
