NoCo/Wyo Caravan to Mazda Lakewood July 25th Event

Postby chickenwafer » Fri Jul 17, 2009 9:14

So I thought we could get this formally organized......It's a far drive for us to the event so rolling to the event would be a lot more fun as a group and safer.

UPDATE:Here is a map of the caravan meeting spot: MAP, it's a Conaco gas station.

So basically take exit 257B off the I-25, the exit ramp will automatically send you west-bound. The Conaco will be on your right/South side of the street right after the Best Western Hotel. It's the first turn off the road I believe. It has a decent parking lot too.

Plan on being at the caravan meeting spot at 7:15 AM so we can leave before or by 7:30 at the latest so we can be at the staging area by 8:30.

OK, so since no one else really has an opinion, I guess the Conaco gas station right off the I-25 on Eisenhower/US-34 exit 257B is okay?

Here is a map: MAP

So basically take exit 257B off the I-25, the exit ramp will automatically send you west-bound. The Conaco will be on your right/South side of the street right after the Best Western Hotel. It's the first turn off the road I believe. It has a decent parking lot too.

I figure this will work because you can gas up, grab a snack whatever and the exit for southbound/Denver on the I-25 is literally right out of the parking lot of the Conaco.

Let's plan on meeting at the Conaco at 7:15-25 AM so we can depart by 7:30 at the latest (ideally earlier). Cool?
