Postby RX-7 Chris » Mon May 23, 2011 9:14

First Saturdays Car Show: http://www.firstandmaintowncenter.com/BookingRetrieve.aspx?ID=10319

  • The Car Show will be located in front of Dick's Sport Goods parking lot
  • Car Show time 8-10am
  • Car Staging is from 7-8am
  • There is no cost to come join in the fun
  • Every first Saturday of the month through October
I plan to make these and it would be cool to have more Mazdas there.

I saw this but I wasn't sure if it was import friendly.
I've been to a few shows where I (My Ride) wasn't really welcomed.
They said "yea come on out its for all cars", only to be parked in left field.
So I'm always cautious when they don't specify imports or subcompacts.

Well, if we can get enough we can always take over like we do everywhere else LOL. We'll invite all imports in the city and just take over, even ricers.

The best part is that the event is free.

All the people there are nice. When I went last time they actually put my car dead center right next to the jags, lol. They put all the Muscle Cars and Hot Rods to one side and everyone else to the other side. It isn't a real formal car show.

I think the main reason they don't put import is because they don't want the rice. Most of the people at the show are more mature so no punk kids.

Ian, I'm sure you car would be fine, have you seen how slamed some of the VW's are?

Also if we can get a good enough showing, I can get a section just for our club.

Could do those, then zoom on up to Golden for the Super Cruise.

That is what I was planning on doing. I can't make June's Super Cruise because I want to get my motor mounts swapped out first.
