Well... not looking good for me right now either. Thanks Chris for coming out and helping today but looks like the diff is on its last leg and I don't think its worth the risk for such a far drive. Hate to bail last minute but me and Z's assessment is that the car is better left in the garage until we can work out some of these issues. On a positive note, I drove the car about 20 miles to the gas station/car wash etc tonight and the engine is extremely strong and running without so much as a hiccup, just can't say the same for the drive train.

That diff felt like it was on it's last leg when I drove it home from Ernesto's haha.

Yep, I'm not even sure if its just the diff, to be certain I will be ordering a new Carbonetics 2.0 ways LSD, 300M Axels, New Ring and Pinion, and all new hubs and bearings this week just make sure I cover all the basis.

Also after driving the car around town today, ran into another SNAFU, the fuse for the running lights popped again so I think some re-wiring will be in order. Kinda sucks we were on the way to a little car meet with Morris when it happened, unfortunately it was at night so it resulted in an impromptu return to the house :(

missing another one. the Mazda is STILL in the shop. they said wed-thurs of last week but were missing parts so it'll be at least the beginning of next week. not counting tracking down the CEL and repairing the stupid accident sensor that shuts off your car when it feels an impact...

Chris, do you have some pics, I'm pissed I missed this one after all the work put in, but as the saying goes- build it bigger, stronger, and faster - Stronger will be the key with my rear-end build
