I was tearing mine down to get to the filter, but got to a point where I thought there couldn't possibly be a filter behind there. I ran into this with my Avalanche once, because the model year was split between having a replaceable cabin air filter and not. I bought the filter, then found I didn't have one to replace. Figured the Mazda was the same thing, but while at the Dealership, I talked a mechanic into showing me where since i still had it mostly dissassembled.

Mine isn't too crazy. Throw out ome thoughts on times and dates and I'll pick one out that would work. Think I might finish up Christmas shopping tonight. Tommorrow is busy. Sunday afternoon is open as far as I know (pending wife discretion), then after that it is even more open.

-Sat 22nd around 1ish,
-Then pretty much any time/day between 24th-29th

I'll check Sunday and the 22nd asa start. I know we have dinner at freinds in the evening on Sunday.. Probably 6:00. So if we start at 2, shouldn't be a problem.

Allow me to weigh in: weather is a factor. The 22nd is a special day. I will watch this thread with a discerning eye.

Sidebar: invites to casa? When? I don't recall receiving said "numerous personal" invites. I'm sorry, I don't mean to cause drama (yes I do) tee hee

Indeed it is a special day!

Don't play ignernt on invites...if you don't have plans you should come down.

Work will be in a garage but if it snows and geodoesn't want to drive in it, we can postpone.

jan. 12 may actually be a better day in the afternoon, at least for me. I was informed that family will be in town the weekend of the 19th.

Doh. Autox race on the 12th, and helping a friend move on the 13th. I'd personally prefer some other date so that I can come out and have fun...
